Kellemes, kisebb társasagoknak ideális beülős hely, jó saját konyhával és nem rabló árakkal.

A megszokott kóser ètelek, szeretjük :)

Ajánlom a helyet másoknak is. Biztos, hogy mi is visszatérünk a családdal. :-)

Másodszor ettem ott lazacot, salátával. Isteni volt, és a látvány is gyönyörű volt a tányéron.

Meglepetés látogatást tettünk a caféban. Nagyon finom, friss és étvágycsiklandozó Isteni lazacot ettünk a Tel Avivban! Köszönöm a szülinapi ajándékot!

We arrived at around 3pm. The place is quite small. I have issues with stairs and so we sat downstairs. The waitress was very polite. We ordered hummus with egg and aubergine and two palm size pitta breads. Pasta with salmon and veggie lasagne. The food was just delicious, home made and hot. The coffee was tasty, quite a cheap meal and it was huge. Really enjoyed it. The cafe is in the Jewish quarter and we saw some locals coming to visit, always a good sign when the locals eat in a restaurant.

When I entered, it seemed a family-run café. Turned out to be a friendly, welcoming place with fast service and hiper-kind waiters.
The food is the definition of freshness and deliciousness. It tastes both home-like and international. You feel like you are off the grid in the heart of Budapest.
Value/price is best

I had the French toast which was really melted cheese toast however it was good. My friend had a vegetable dish she really enjoyed. The service was slow but helpful. It was pleasant enough to return to.

Pleasant service, English spoken, kosher establishment. Very busy but I was lucky enough to get a seat. I tried the Israeli breakfast which came with a cheese omelette as per my request. Best omelette that I have eaten for ages. Nice food and a reasonable price.

A great little kosher restaurant in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. Limited menu but excellent pizza and very good value.
Note that the restaurant closes at 8pm and diners not admitted to sit after 7:30 although take-out can still be ordered.
Also note that Budapest has a chain of hummus restaurants - also called Tel Aviv- that are “kosher-style” but serve milk and meat and open on Saturdays.

Tried this in the evening around 6pm. Ignored when we walked in tried to find a table and got told they were closing. Fair enough so we happened to be in the area the next day so thought we would try for lunch.
Ignored again, found our own table and eventually someone came to take an order. We then had a guessing game of what was actually in the menu after the first three choices were off.
Staff surly until you come to pay but the food was good which is a shame.
Won’t be going back anytime soon.

On a recommendation from a friend who had recently visited Budapest and used the cafe, we sought it out for breakfast and although a small menu we selected an Italian focaccia dish and a Shaksuka, both proved to be excellent and filling. With three cappuccinos (one with an extra shot) it was only Ft. 5,240 (€18.71 / £15.56) plus optional tip. A good experience in the old Jewish quarter.

We came here for breakfast and lunch.
We were very happy with our lunch, the past dishes and pizza were delicious, the salmon was also pretty good.
however the shakshouka was not as we had expected, but the accompanying bread was good.
It certainly worth the price of the dishes. The waiters were mostly unfriendly and sour faced. Be sure to reserve a table if you are a large group.

Does not taste like israeli food. There are few places, so it is better to book before. They have a menu in English and Hebrew.
Shakshuka is not tasty.

Yummy food in this kosher restaurant in the jewish district (former ghetto) in Budapest. Sandwiches, pasta -- relatively quick service but clearly made to order.

Lovely service with a smile and good food. There was a power cut in the middle of our time here but it didn’t seem to rattle any of the staff.
My sole complaint was that the yolks of my shakshuka were baked solid, depriving me of the joy of splitting open a runny yolk. Still tasted good!

There are very few kosher restaurants in Budpest and this one seems to be owned by the same people as the other one which is meat.. I decided to forgo the other one for that reason. The bathroom at Tel Aviv was less than clean so I started the meal with doubts. the menue is short and the food which was ample was unimaginative, bordering on bad. There is no wine to make it more edible. I will be looking for a vegetarian restaurant today, on my last day here.

Quiet beautiful place for a breakfast. The food prepared by this Kosher Restaurant was super fast & was soooo good. Went there with family & kids, and we even got our own little space on the 2nd floor where my kids ate better than they usually do at home. Would love to come here again on our next visit to Budapest.

The only kosher milk restaurant in Budapest (though there is the bakery, which I would definitely recommend over this if you're okay with coffee and cake for breakfast). Went here twice for lunch- pizza was bad one time, and decent the second. Soup was also okay, but please, for the love of God, do not drink the coffee! Service was meh, and the staff had below average English. If you keep kosher and are visiting for a few days then you should probably stop by just so you don't get too bored of the other three places, but this definitely bottoms out the kosher list.

The restaurant is built in an old Jewish style in the Jewish quarter. The place is decorated in a delicate green and white design. The place has a kosher certificate from the local rabbinate, so there are two restaurants, one for meat food and one for dairy. We sat in the dairy restaurant and ordered a pizza that was simply amazing and a focaccia that was stunning. Everything is fresh, hot and baked at the time of booking. The worker who greeted us was the only waitress in the restaurant was scowling and unpleasant, did not smile at all and even puffed her nerves when we asked for the addition of Thousand Island dressing. The two other workers who worked at the restaurant laughed and chanted loudly and did not allow the diners to enjoy the atmosphere there. The food itself is very tasty and it is recommended for every Jew and Israeli to come and enjoy fresh and kosher food but not expect amazing service.
